Fleming Financial Office Reno

CTM renovated a 2nd floor above a shared office building. The renovation included demoing all plaster walls, insulation, and old electric and plumbing. New framing was done in areas to allow double doors and pocket doors to be installed. All new electric and plumbing were added, new insulation updated to code, refinished yellow pine floors, a kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator, and a full bathroom. This space is now turned into the perfect conference area to impress and welcome prospective and existing clients!
