Basement Bar

CTM renoavted an old drop ceiling basement by desgining an exposed ceiling concept to maximize the space.  Renovated and built a larger bathroom, as well as updating and creating a clean, crisp bar.

CTM Investment Property: A luxury renovation in the desirable Stoneleigh neighborhood! We added a huge 2 story addition to transform this house into a very comfortable living space for a larger family.  This renovation included all new HVAC equipment, Plumbing, Electrical, and a tankless water heater!  Open floor concept with a stunning kitchen and island, mudroom and custom bench seat, first floor laundry room, partially finished basement with a full bathroom, huge master bedroom with walk-in closet, master bathroom with a free-standing tub, and a finished attic space for the perfect playroom/extra bedroom/office.  This home also comes with a 2 car garage in the backyard of the house. What a gem!

Guilford, Contemporary Kitchen

This is a beautiful clean, crisp, white kitchen with a gray accent island that was part of our complete renovation investment property.  The simplicities of this kitchen make it appeal to many buyers.  Enjoy!

Bel Air, Farmhouse Bathroom

This project consisted of fully gutting the original master bathroom and adding a huge walk in shower and freestanding tub for an open floor plan concept.  CTM added framing for a separate toilet room, consisting of a pocket door entry, as well as custom shower pan and bench seat to utilize more space for the shower.  The rustic material used in this bathroom sets it apart on its own for a clean farmhouse look.  Not to mention the double sliding barn doors we added! Have a look!

Fleming Financial Office Reno

CTM renovated a 2nd floor above a shared office building.  The renovation included demoing all plaster walls, insulation, and old electric and plumbing.  New framing was done in areas to allow double doors and pocket doors to be installed.  All new electric and plumbing were added, new insulation updated to code, refinished yellow pine floors,  a kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator, and a full bathroom. This space is now turned into the perfect conference area to impress and welcome prospective and existing clients!

Roland Park Investment Property

CTM bought this stunning home in 2016, and completed a full reno and added an 800 sq. ft. addition off the back end of the house.  This home is perfectly situated atop a hill in the sought-after neighborhood of Poplar Hill/Roland Park area.  The renovation consisted of all new electrical and plumbing throughout, all new central air and heat, brand new Pella windows, maple shaker-style kitchen cabinets, Quartz counter tops, Viking appliances, restored details of the original house, oak hardwoods, 1st floor mudroom, gas fireplace as well as two functioning wood-burning fireplaces, 2nd floor laundry room, and 3 renovated full bathrooms.  So much work went into this house to make it the crown jewel it is today! Enjoy!

Bel Air Basement and Bar

Previously an unfinished basement, that was transformed into an extremely fun entertaining space!  This Bel Air basement includes a custom wet bar and built-in bench seat, an entertainment space to enjoy sports and movies, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.  

Lutherville  Master Bathroom Addition

A beautiful master bathroom addition off the master bedroom.  This bathroom included a zero threshold walk in shower for easy access, duel shower niches, shower bench seat, free standing tub, separate toilet room, double built-in vanity, and a large walk in closet.  This was an 350 Sq. Ft. addition and we used 3 pocket doors for a creative approach to utilize the entire space.  Enjoy! 

Modern Farmhouse Kitchen

A full first, second, and third floor remodel.  A 4,200 Sq.Ft. Above Grade Cape Cod - single family home, turned into a magnificent modern farmhouse interior.  CTM remodeled this lovely home in 2019, creating a rustic but modern new kitchen, as well as 4 fully renovated bathrooms.  To add to the rustic flow of the remodel we installed 1,000 Sq. Ft. of bluestone flooring in the kitchen and mud room areas, as well as a brick floor from salvaged New England bricks in the front entry foyer!  This renovation included custom wainscoting throughout the foyer and formal piano room.  This was truly a transformation of class.  Enjoy!
